ABOUT

Bonjour, je suis Marion. I’m a creative commercial photographer and set designer/stylist. I produce beautiful and original visuals for brands, allowing them to stand out through expert set designs, new ideas, and creative perspective.

From food, fashion and product right through to corporate or events, I'm all about creating something that will stop folk in their tracks. I work 95% of the time with natural light, I love it!

A bit more about me now… I got my first camera when I was 16 and it’s never been out of my hands since. I'm a multi-passion kinda gal, so before diving into photography, I went to Fine Art School. This led me to the realisation I wanted to be a photographer but also wanted to style, create and use the thousands of ideas I get every single day.

I moved from my native France to the Toon two years ago and set up my commercial photography business but with a twist. This allows my creativity to shine and how styling joined my range of services. What I love about my job is that every day is unique and I get to do so many different things.

So if you have a question, need more information or just want to have a quick chat, don't hesitate to contact me at marionbotella.photo@gmail.com

I’m currently covering the North Tyneside and Durham area, but I can literally travel anywhere. From Heaton to the USA, I can be there, so please keep that in mind if you’re not based in the North-East and you’d love for us to work together.

I’m also part of the Ladies Wine & Design Newcastle team and help support creative ladies you can click here to learn more about us.

I am a registered Provider for NBSL’s North East Business Support Fund helping businesses to improve their competitiveness. Find out more at https://www.nbsl.org.uk/ . Or I can send you an adviser’s email if you have any specific questions to ask before applying.

How does it work?

  • When you contact me with your project, we take time to talk via email or meet for a tea (or coffee if it’s your thing!) and figure out exactly what you need. A sort of consultation if you will – this is your chance to tell me everything about you and your brand, and the vision you have for it.

  • Once we’ve discussed your needs, I will send you a proposal, and when you agree we pick a time for shooting!

  • After the shoot, I’ll send you the contact sheets, so you can pick the pictures you prefer (I will happily advise you if you need a hand choosing). I’ll then edit your chosen photos under 10 working days and send you a link for you to download all you pictures.

  • If you have any more questions head to the F.A.Q and if yours is really specific, just email me!
